Delivery within the Netherlands
Orders usually take between 2 and 10 days to arrive at their destination and cost is calculated on weight and size of package. All packages are sent via normal mail apart from the poster rolls which would need to be sent as a package. From time to time delays might occur during the holiday seasons or postal strikes.
Delivery time may take up to 21 days, depending on your own country's postal system and cost is calculated on weight and size of package. All packages are sent via normal mail apart from the poster rolls which would need to be sent as a package. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees or duties on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Prints up to 9"x11" are wrapped in 100% recycled tissue paper with backing and posted inside a sturdy cardboard backed envelope. Poster prints are rolled in 100% recycled tissue paper inside a cardboard tube. Print series are wrapped and posted within a sturdy 100% recycled kraft gift box wrapped in brown paper and recycled tape.
If your order contains several items in different sizes, they may be shipped separately to keep them as safe as possible on their journey.
Returns and Exchanges
I am doing my best to make sure that everything is perfect, but if there are any problems with your order, please contact me, and I can solve things as soon as possible.
Items can be sent back for a full refund, not including return shipping, within 14 days of receipt. Merchandise must be unused, in its original re-sellable condition. Merchandise not in above-stated condition is not eligible for return.
Please contact me, and I will send instructions to begin the return process. Customers must pay for return shipping. Once I receive the merchandise, I will issue a refund.
Please note that privately commissioned or custom items are invoiced upfront and are non-refundable. I will begin work on the commission once the invoice has been paid.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me before buying.
Sometimes items can get damaged during shipping. If this happens to your package, please provide a picture of the item and packaging showing the damage. This way I can take further actions on the issue.
Please note: I am not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
